Our goal is that you're happy with your purchase and that you have the best buying experience possible. If there is an issue with your order, please send us an email to hello@silverfoxvinyl.com within 7 days of receipt of your package and provide us with the details.

We will strive to make an arrangement that will meet your satisfaction. We ask that you not return a product until we have provided you with return authorization.

All sales are final and as such we do not issue refunds unless the issue is due to our error. We cannot exchange or refund printed products.
