RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Our goal is that you're happy with your purchase and that you have the best buying experience possible. If there is an issue with your order, please send us an message within 7 days of receipt of your package and provide us with the details.

We will strive to make an arrangement that will meet your satisfaction. We ask that you not return a product until we have provided you with return authorization.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Restocking fees may apply.

Exchanges are not provided as each product is custom cut for you. Unfortunately due to this being taken advantage of, and the high cost of double shipping, we are unable to provide exchanges. We encourage you to check out Colour Swatches to ensure you receive you order the colour you want.


CONDITIONS

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are not accepted for returns.

Shipping costs to return goods will be reimbursed when we are responsible for the error. Otherwise, you will be responsible to pay the applicable cost.

If you are shipping a package worth over $75.00, you should consider using a "trackable" shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that we do not receive.

REFUNDS

All sales are final and as such we do not issue refunds unless the issue is due to our error.
